Finance Director
We are looking for a dynamic Finance Director to support us on the next phase of growth. With an intense period of change ahead this is an excellent opportunity where you can really impact the business and support in its future development.
What does the role involve?
As Finance Director, you will be responsible for the financial direction of the business ensuring financial control maximising profitability across the Company's activities and providing the financial, commercial and operational support and focus to the business to achieve growth and deliver change.
Your responsibilities will include:
Anticipating opportunities and risks for the business
Ensuring adherence to corporate and statutory financial and taxation requirements.
Managing the production of the annual budgets and providing regular forecast updates.
Ensuring policies are consistent with internal and external legislative requirements.
Providing leadership, direction and motivation to the finance team, ensuring that the employees within the finance team meet the current and future needs of the business.
Analysing current performance, providing recommendations on how to improve.
Monitoring short and long-term cash flow, highlighting any concern.
Creating management accounts
Creating Matrix for analysis of new properties acquisitions
Providing analytical support to identify cost savings and productivity opportunities.
Coordinating the onboarding of new properties with respect to all aspects of the Finance function.
What are we looking for?
A qualified accountant, you will ideally be able to demonstrate a strong track record gained within a consumer facing business and experience in hospitality and/or start up is desirable. This is likely to have been gained as either a Financial Controller or Director. Due to the size and nature of the organisation it is important you can balance a managing and developing the finance function with the strategic dimension of this role as they drive further growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £70,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
