Hypercare Analyst

The Hypercare Team exists to support DCC customers and end-consumers through this extended period of growth and change. The team will be part of Core Operations within. The Analyst will perform a critical Validate, Learn & Assure role, ensuring that DCC and its industry partners understand and operate new capabilities in an efficient, customer focused and compliant way. The role will cover all new and existing change programmes, across the full DCC and Service Provider landscape and will assure that all new change is fit for operation and scaling, ensuring new capabilities are transitioned into live service in an efficient, informed and customer-focused way.

What will you be doing?

  • Working within a technical and/or operational change environments
  • The ability to influence and instill confidence at a Senior level through exercised ownership programmes and deliver of positive outcomes.
  • Incident and or Problem management to resolution including triage, management, resolution, and root cause analysis
  • Delivering accurate and informative reports to various forums as an when required
  • Working within cross-functional matrix teams to successfully turn around failure
  • Managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver clear outcomes and objectives
  • Delivery or implementation of complex change projects into multi-stakeholder operational and technical environments


What are we looking for?

  • Practical working knowledge of ITIL framework and its application
  • Practical working knowledge of Programme/Project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Remedy
  • Involvement in and delivery of continuous improvement projects.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Making sense of complex information to inform decision making.
