Job description
We are looking for a proactive self-starter and positive team player to join our growing Global Security Function as a Cyber Security Graduate. This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant and exciting security function in the heart of a FTSE100 software business. If you love technology, new ideas, people and thrive as part of a team then this is the role for you. We want to hear from individuals with interests in cyber security, technology, organisational behaviour, culture, human risk, communications and data. You will be contributing to the security of Sage’s products, systems and colleague population and you thrive on exploring new ideas and resolving challenges.
You will work in a minimum of 2 rotations across the Global Security team, which is made up of the Application Security, Offensive Security, Cyber Defence Operations, Security Engineering, Governance, Risk and Compliance and Awareness and Engagement teams. You will be responsible for your own work and will be working across the team and within the wider Office of the General Counsel Function, which includes the Legal, Procurement and Risk and Controls teams. You will communicate with various stakeholders, including Sage’s network of Security Champions who sit in our development teams and can be involved in corporate initiatives and activities. As a Security Graduate at Sage, you will have the opportunity to specialise in your chosen area of security as part of the graduate programme whilst building a broad foundation in generic security skills across the teams.
