Who we are looking for:
We are going through a period of transformation and as a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance function of the company, enabling the company to achieve their business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Support the Finance Assistant/Payroll Officer in reviewing and processing employee expenses and Allpay cards.
· Work closely with the Finance Business Partner, Finance Assistants and Payroll Officer to offer support with the team's monthly workload and meet deadlines.
· Build strong relationships with non-finance colleagues, especially those within the Service areas and teams.
· Act as cover for payment runs and sales invoicing in terms of holiday/absence.
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
· Entering data, maintain records and create reports as required.
· Fulfil any other duties as requested by the Head of Finance.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
· Previous experience working in a finance team.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Problem-solving attitude.
· Highly organized.
· Self-driven and motivated.
· Team player.
· Good Excel literacy.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
· Experience of Navision accounts, full training will be given
