Job description

We are offering an amazing opportunity for a Team Leader or Trainee Team Leader to represent a fantastic charity and grow a team within a regional area.

An established charity is offering the right candidate the opportunity of building and managing a successful team of 5-15 fundraisers on one of the UK's best fundraising platforms within a regional area dedicated to themselves and their team.

Experience is not essential as we believe the right candidate may or may not have had the opportunity to gain the experience yet, so please apply if you think you are right for the role

R*ole of the Team L*eader

- You will be required to perform the job of the fundraiser as well as growing and managing a team of your own

- You will have the opportunity to grow a team of fundraisers with the help and direct support of your management team

- Be in control of interviewing, hiring candidates and training them once started.

- Booking venues for your team to attend to fundraise at (full training and support is provided)

- Be responsible for your teams KPI's and manage them accordingly

- Manage your teams working days and hours and which locations to fundraise

- Send weekly performance-based reports

Role of the Fundraiser

- Attend locations such as supermarkets, garden centres, events & shows and more

- Set up - small display-based equipment advertising the charity

- As the ‘face’ of the charity, you will be engaging with the public passionately about the good things that we do and the people that we benefit.

- Through interacting with members of the public you will be generating donations for the charity.

Requirements:

- Driving license and access to a vehicle.

- A confident and outgoing personality

- The desire to achieve and ambition to want to manage their own area

- The ability to thrive on a self-employed basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £31,200.00 per year
