We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team in a new role. While the role is a 12 month FTC initially, there is a possibility of a permanent position being available.

The Role:

• We are seeking a diligent & motivated individual to join our team and assist in the tracking and collection of outstanding payments from private medical insurance members, ensuring timely reimbursement for the healthcare services they have received.
• The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently with confidence and initiative. They will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• The Finance Assistant will report to and be supported by the Finance Business Partner
• The successful individual will join our team on a fixed-term contract, with the exciting opportunity for a permanent extension based on successful performance

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Efficient and accurate with the ability to organise and prioritise their workload effectively.
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Flexibility, enthusiasm and a willingness to complete any task is important together with a pride in the work delivered
• An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
• Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
