E-Commerce Administrator
The main duties are as follows:
· Working with the team, you will help maintain the Samuel Johnston Baby website on a day-to-day basis to ensure its smooth operation.
· You will check and process web orders daily, ordering products from suppliers when they are needed to fulfil orders, with the approval of your manager.
· You will maintain current products on our site and alert your line manager to stock issues.
· You will create new products on our IRP platform (training will be provided), insuring listings are correct with optimised information including descriptions, SEO, imagery, and redirects were necessary.
· You will ensure that prices are correct on site, and that costings are correct in relation to current prices and offers.
· You will liaise with the team in relation to current product offers and propose ideas that maximise sales and feed into our marketing strategies.
· You will provide support in other tasks, including email marketing, SEO, creating social media creatives/videos etc.
· You will help with customer service and, if necessary, serve customers in our shop if other staff are absent.
Any other duties as reasonably requested.
