Monday at Nine are delighted to once again be the trusted partner of Citrefine International, a leading global insect repellent business, seeking to recruit a dynamic International Sales Manager to join their family-run company, capitalising on the booming demand for naturally sourced and sustainable products.
As an International Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding Citrefine's global presence, focusing on the vibrant markets of Asia and Latin America. This remote based role is paying up to £40,000 per annum + bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
Unlock new market opportunities, acquire customers, and revive lapsed leads.
Develop and expand revenue with existing customers in assigned territories.
Travel to customers and trade shows (approximately 2-3 weeks every 2-3 months) to fuel growth.
Drive internal R&D and global product registrations through market trend research.
Implement a compelling sales strategy tailored to the allocated markets.
Utilise CRM systems to manage customer relationships.
Applicants for this role will be:
Dynamic and self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Confidence in international sales and travel, particularly in Latin America and/or Asia.
Minimum 3 years' experience in international B2B sales.
Excellent understanding of diverse business cultures.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferable but not essential:
Experience in chemicals or cosmetic/personal care ingredients.
Foreign language proficiency in Spanish or Chinese.
Understanding of sales in regulated marketplaces with long sales cycles.
Compensation and Location:
UK remote-based role with occasional travel to Leeds head office.
Competitive annual salary (£40,000+ depending on experience) plus bonus.
