Finance Assistant - 12 month Fixed term contract
Part time, 20 hours a week

I am partnering with a reputable, long standing, friendly organisation, with offices based in Crawley. They are in need of an experienced Finance Assistant, who is ideally confident and/or knowledgeable of Sage Accounting system.
They are offering a fixed term contract, up to 12 months, to join their friendly, balanced cultured office, working alongside their current Finance Assistant who looks after the accounts payable function. You will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable, and other finance admin duties. The role will also support the wider finance function and the wider business, effective financial operational duties, during period of change. This will include some involvement of transition to an upgraded finance system.
This is a varied and flexible role, which is supporting the transformation of the team as they look to improve and streamline their workflow within Finance.
Joining a small team who are going through a period of change, a can-do attitude, excellent work ethic, friendly and adaptable personality if required.

- Processing payments
- Process journals
- Management of other important finance admin processes, such as benefits, pension
