InterContinental London Park Lane has a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Finance Assistant to join the team on a 12 months fixed term contract

Our Finance Assistants work closely with the operations and non-operations teams, as part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, a FTSE 100 Company with a Global footprint that specialize in delivering True Hospitality for Good.

- 40 Hours a week (Working over 5 days) – 12 months fixed term contract

It’s important to remember your importance and reason for completing each job- working within the Finance team our Finance Assistants key responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable - Assisting with supplier inquiries and invoice processing
- Accounts Receivable - Assisting in AR billing & query resolution
- Income Audit – Assist with the Daily Income Audit as per Checklist, resolving imbalances
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with BSC team to daily & monthly accounting timelines as detailed in Accounting SOP's
- Other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects as designated by the Head of Finance or the Finance Business Partner
Experience
- Previous experience of working within a team environment preferred
- Basic Excel knowledge essential, Advanced knowledge beneficial
