Finance Assistant – Marsh Commercial – Milton Keynes or Worcester
The role: Finance Assistant
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Technician to join our busy Finance Team. Whilst previous experience would be ideal, we would also welcome applications from entry level candidates, as full training will be provided.
Please note, we are looking for candidates who can travel to either our Milton Keynes or Worcester offices. We also have the flexibility to offer a hybrid working pattern, with a blend of both homebased and office work.

We will rely on you to:
- Work within the successful team in Milton Keynes and Worcester
- Be responsible for providing administrative support to the Insurer Reconciliation Team.
- Ensure Insurer accounts’ payments are kept up to date
- Manage your own portfolio of client accounts providing a high-level service.
- Work closely with our offshore teams.
What you need to have:
- An inquisitive mind set with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to deal with differing demands.
- A passion for delivering excellent service to external and internal clients.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy with impeccable attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
What makes you stand out:
- Previous experience within a similar administrative support role within Finance or credit control would be ideal but not essential.
