We’re an exciting company committed to rolling out The Lost City Adventure Golf across the UK. Our Operations Manager will report straight to the directors of The Lost City and will play an integral role in developing the business and brand.
The ideal person will have experience in a similar role managing a workforce, applicants must have an ability to multi task and a dedication to excellent customer service.
Together with your team, you will be responsible for creating a fun, vibrant atmosphere for our adventure-golf, bar and food service to all customers…all in an Amazon rainforest setting!
We are looking for someone with the following experience and abilities:
- 2 year’s proven line management experience in the high-volume leisure, hospitality or restaurant industry;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Motivational skills and experience delivering training and development plans;
- Running and managing shifts and employee relations management;
- Financial acumen and ability to manage a budget, rota, stock control, cash handling;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of the local area and opportunities for sales;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
It is important to note this role is 35 hours per week, flexible working hours are available and we would also be interested in candidates who would be looking for a 4 day week.

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
