Join us as a Business Analyst to work in IT but on software solutions across Heathrow Airport. You will be a critical thinker, curious and have an eye for detail. You will start with the problem that needs to be solved and work with stakeholders to capture and communicate the details. Your role will involve
Take ownership for the identification, refinement, and articulation of the stakeholders solution requirements (in the form of high-quality user stories and epics) to the wider product team, ensuring absolute clarity for the developers and the wider business
Working with the Product Manager and Technical Lead and a development team, a small team with breath across the airport and growing backlog
Immerse in relevant business process, interviewing stakeholders, and distilling clarity from complex as-is processes; then designing the to-be
Become a reliable subject-matter expert on the vision and purpose of the product and develop respected opinions on the right design/development decisions to enable a development to be built
Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders until sign-off
These skills are essential
Proven track record as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements and processes
Demonstratable experience of building, maintaining, and influencing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Azure Dev Ops Board, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent for tracking user stories, issues, and tasks
Good working experience with Agile and Scrum, with experience of performing business analysis activities in a scalable Agile environment
Ideally, you will also have
Formal methodologies or qualifications such as Agile, APM, Prince etc etc
