- Providing assistance to the IT Shared Service Finance Manager with Prepayment and Fixed Asset management and reporting; liaison with external auditors; periodic cash flow forecasting and monitoring; liaising with the Group IT team in Paris in relation to monthly cost accruals and cost allocations; issuing monthly expense reports to the IT Service owners; preparation of the Shared Service entity’s management accounts for review by the Finance Manager; updating the IT Shared Service entity user guide
- Maintaining and managing access to the Group Services SharePoint
- Co-ordinating the renewal of the Global Service Agreements including the updating of allocation keys
- Updating of the monthly Group Recharges report
- Updating of the Global Service Agreement user guide
- Assist with Quarterly Actual, Forecast and Budget Support Function reporting, including identification and issuance of expense variances and explanations from the local Finance teams
- Running the quarterly Intercompany reconciliation reports for the Support Functions and reviewing with the Finance Business Partner for Support
- Uploading the Budget and Forecast recharges to the General Ledger and Group financial consolidation system
- Reviewing month pack submissions in the Group consolidation system
- Preparing the monthly headcount upload file for review by the Group Management Accountant
- Responsible for managing SAP master data requests, ensuring requests raised are serviced in a timely fashion
- Maintenance of Group Finance intranet site
- Maintaining master data documentation ensuring it is up to data and relevant
- Management of master data archiving process

Responsible for processing data reconciliations, for example:
- Between the general ledger and the data warehouse
- Between the general ledger and the financial consolidation system
- Bank counterparties
- Travel and expenses system (Concur)
- Responsible for reconciling master data, for example, between the general ledger and the data warehouse, and data completeness
- Contribute to project to upgrade our current Finance systems
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Experience of Microsoft Office products and particularly MS Excel would be useful
- Experience of reviewing and manipulating data would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking to more senior individuals within the group
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or above, or equivalent) and strong A levels or equivalent
- Accounting qualification not required but should have an interest in finance / accounting
