We are currently working with a 22 million T/O Manufacturing business who have plans to double their business size in the next 3 years. They are operating globally in industries with a product which will entirely support this growth, and have recently won awards for their focus and commitment to their employees.
Working in a team of 8 in total with an incredibly supportive Financial Controller and team, this Finance Assistant role will take full ownership of the expense management system working closely with the Accounts Payable and Financial Accounting Assistant. You will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, supplier payments, credit card and expense claims. As your experience develops you will also be involved with processing timesheets, and supporting the wider finance team with additional accounting duties. You will make use of excel daily and so you must be familiar with pivot tables, v look ups and 'iff' formulars.
This role will suit someone who is looking to start a career in finance who has little experience in a transactional capacity, but has shown some form of self development with education in finance such as starting AAT or degree qualified. AAT study will be supported.
