Job description
Think you know your future, think again
At Tara Group we’re creating and building places to live, to work, to spend time. Those places will be our legacy. Places for generations to come. It’s a big responsibility and it’s the greatest challenge.
Benefits of working in construction
Construction shapes the world we live in, the communities that we live and thrive in. It’s rewarding to be a part of the journey. Our industry is creating the vision for how we’ll live in the future and how sustainability plays its part. The variety and range of roles is well beyond what you might think. Construction will equip you with the skills for a long and rewarding career.
Our Graduate programme
Our graduate programme is designed to give you experience of all aspects of our Group so that you can pin down where you think your career passion might lie.
Over the two year programme, you’ll have a business mentor to guide and support you, and you’ll spend quality time in each department of our business. With access to all disciplines from identifying land for the future, through to securing planning, designing layouts, costing projects, managing build, marketing, revenue generation, people and customer experience, you’ll learn how our business operates. If you already have a passion for a particular team then we will tailor your programme to give you the best development opportunities and exposure, to really kick start your career.
Our Graduate Programme is a unique opportunity to progress at a pace that works for you, without a rigid structure. You’ll be supported throughout by highly experienced business leaders who will develop your thinking and skills, and encourage you to grow.
At the end of the two year programme, we’ll discuss next steps for joining a team that fits with your passion and career expectations.
