Job description
Playing a crucial role in our busy Sales and Marketing team, the Inside Sales Executive will identify, generate and follow up prospective clients, drive event attendance and book appointments for the outside sales team to attend. This new role will form an integral part of our business growth plans.
What will your day look like?
- Calling contacts from a prospect list to introduce them to the business, update them on events and build relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with prospects by keeping track of follow-up calls and when to call them on the company’s CRM systems
- Following up on activity generated by marketing activities and networking events
- Updating, cleaning and entering records into the company’s CRM systems
- Setting appointments for, and briefing, the Managing Director
- Participating in whole company meetings and updating the wider team on prospecting efforts through Microsoft Teams.
- Researching new prospects via websites and social media
- Nurturing partnerships with referral partners as required
- Assisting with our company wide, market leading, client feedback programme
- Working both in the office and from home.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to establish a rapport over the telephone
- Excellent Communications Skills (both verbal and written)
- Driven to achieve daily targets and be proactive
- Ability to be able to work to a defined sales process and methodology
- Previous experience of telephone sales or telemarketing
- Experience using a CRM system
- Experience using Microsoft Office eg: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Salary
Full time salary £30K + £5K commission OTE – part time will be pro-rated
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week
Salary: £30,000.00 per year
