Operations Manager - Regulated Care

£Up to £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager join our successful Care Plus team on a permanent contract
Do you have experience of working in a either domiciliary care or care home environments?
Do you have excellent organisational skills and have experience of taking a hands-on approach to supporting care services?

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position
To Succeed in this role:
- Level 5 Qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Clinical Qualifications (desirable)
- Significant experience of working at a managerial level, preferably in a support service or service delivery environment
- Previous experience of multi-site Operational Management and service delivery
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience of being a registered Manager for Care Services
- Previous experience of working within a Care Service environment that has a CQC rating of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’
- Significant experience of engagement and involvement of supporting vulnerable people in innovative and responsive ways, to help deal with both straightforward and complex issues
- Experience of partnership working and contract management
- Demonstrable experience of leading and contributing to project groups
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and input into complex business and strategic issues
- Ability to provide vision and strategic direction, specifically whilst ensuring the effective delivery of services
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of regulatory and statutory frameworks and requirements and key issues in the health and care sector
