The Role of Finance Assistant at St Michaels:
- Ownership of the purchase ledger- Entering all invoices and maintain the PO system. Reconciling supplier statements and company credit cards.
- Assist in end of day cash up queries
- Processing and checking refunds
- Assisting with the weekly and monthly payment runs
- Provide BACS receipt information to the Revenue Manager
- Weekly processing of staff expenses
- Assist the Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks
Person Specification:
- Ability to work part of a team
- AAT-Student/qualified by experience
- Experience in Hospitality desired but not essential
- Ambitious
