About the Role
Could you be the next Finance Assistant for Outcomes First Group?
As our Finance Assistant, you will produce accurate and timely management accounts for multiple schools and schools with accommodation across the Group.
You will support our Finance department ensuring monthly accounts are completed in a timely manner to a high standard. You will have good communication skills liaising with multiple stakeholders. You will be able to prioritise and deal with queries as they arise.
We are looking for:
- Relevant finance experience,
- The ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels,
- Intermediate Excel skills,
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of Access Dimensions (advantageous, though not essential).

About Finance
As a centralised function at Outcomes First Group, Finance supports several acquired agencies, over 65 schools and multiple schools with accommodation for vulnerable young people, children, and adults. Our Finance team consists of Management Accounts, Transactional Finance and Commercials.
As one of the largest departments within Outcomes First Group, we are committed to providing a high level of service to work towards our goal of improving those we care for.
