This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a Contracts Administrator.
We are looking for highly organised with acute attention to detail individuals. Ideally candidates will have minimum of 6 months previous administration and customer service experience.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will need to:
- Produce Tenancy Agreements
- Respond to Reference requests
- Meet and exceed both office and individual service standards.
- Deal with standard enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner. Refer complex, difficult or legal queries to manager or escalate to Expert services
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and deal with high volumes
- Have accurate administrator skills
- Be quick to learn and follow procedures
- Have strong basic mathematical skills
- Have previous experience using Microsoft packages

Pay: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
