Hey there people! Are you a finance superstar who knows how to work Xero?
We're on the hunt for someone who can help us keep our financial records in check and our CRM up to date accordingly. And let's be real, if you don't know what Xero is, then this might not be the job for you. But if you do, then keep reading!
You'll be responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions, which basically means making sure we're not losing money ;) You'll also be helping us prepare financial statements and reports, because who doesn't love a good spreadsheet?
So, if you're detail-oriented, a great communicator, and can work both independently and with a team, then we want you! Plus, you get to work from home, or if you're local, from our office in Dorking , Surrey.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions using Xero, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and transactions
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and data entry in Xero
- Assist with customer invoicing, billing, and collections
- Provide general administrative support to our team as needed, including email management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) up to date
Requirements:
- Good proficiency in Xero and HubSpot
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- 5-8 hours per week
- £20-£25 per hour self employed
- Ideally located commutable to dorking but remote working also considered

Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: £17.50-£30.00 per hour
