We are now recruiting for a highly motivated and detail- orientated Finance Assistant to join our team; this is a great opportunity to work with fantastic people and be part of a very important function of the business.
Your role as the Finance Assistant:
Reporting to the CEO, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company’s finances, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times. This will include but is not limited to accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, process invoices and creating financial reports.
As our Finance Assistant, you will receive:
· £25k - £30k Salary
· 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

The successful Finance Assistant will have:
- Educated to a minimum of AAT Level 2
- Experience and understanding of software as a service billing cycles, would be an advantage
- High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy
- Management Accounting Experience
- Previous knowledge of accounting systems, Xero preferred
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Experience and understanding of technology
- Ability to create and develop long term relationships
- Highly professional demeanour and high levels of self-motivation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
