Job description
Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant and to join our team at Strand Palace. Accounts Receivable experience within a hotel would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Send invoices on a daily basis once all details have been verified to be correct
- Check the bank statements, post and allocate the credit card payments in our PMS system
- Assist guests with billing queries both email and telephone
- Solving chargeback queries and credit card disputes
- Assist AR supervisor in running the weekly/monthly Credit Meeting
What we are looking for
- Can-do attitude - Finance experience is a must. Experience in Hospitality or a service-based industry an advantage, but not essential
