```Duties:```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Manage accounts payable process, including reviewing invoices, processing payments, and resolving any discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff members
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
