re:act was founded by two global FMCG marketers with experience in Health & Beauty, Gaming, Food & Drink and Technology. Since 2019 re:act has grown from a team of 2 to a team of 30. Working with top clients in the Health & Beauty Sector, as well as Food & Drink we are a creative content agency that truly believes in developing content that means something to consumers. Key responsibilities:
In our fast-paced business, we add new revenue streams and accounts all the time. As such, you will need to be able to build excellent relationships outside of finance to be able to identify changes before they happen and build best in class processes to deal with these changes.
You will also be the core finance business partner. On one typical day, you may be leading month end close, helping troubleshoot problems, identifying areas for future improvement of processes, and managing day to day invoicing for the business. Working in a rapidly growing business like ours, there is always a new challenge and opportunities to develop your skillset and turn your hand to new things.
- Take ownership of income, cashflow, expenditure and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
- Creating financial systems and models to track performance
- Managing expenses
- End of month balancing and producing exception reports
- Payroll on a monthly basis
About you:
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA fully or part-qualified
- You have proven working experience as a Finance Advisor
- You are proficient in Quickbooks, MS Excel, Google Sheets
- You have excellent attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to analyse numbers quickly and accurately and to communicate them easily to non-finance colleagues
- A commercial thinker, with a strong eye for detail and problem-solving skills
