Role Description

This position will be a key member of the Concerts Finance team reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. The main focus of the role is the preparation of the “Red List” which is a key performance tracking report used across the business, as well as various other management reports. The role would suit someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, has very strong Excel knowledge and a keen attention to detail.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience in financial modelling and data analysis of a high volume of transactions
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Excellent Excel skills. VBA or SQL knowledge would be a distinct advantage
  • Ability to identify and engineer efficient processes

What the role includes

  • Preparation of key weekly promotions report which combines ticket sales reports with costing information to give a rolling projection of the performance of shows currently onsale
  • Regular maintenance of weekly promotions report with updates for latest costings, forecasts,actuals
  • Compare insurance and terrorism data files to sales reports / EOS and oracle. Produce weekly report highlighting uninsured shows with a greater than 1000 capacity
  • Preparation of weekly outstanding costings and unapproved shows reports
  • Preparation of show summaries by promoter
  • Assisting with tour reconcilations across LN Promoted shows
  • To undertake ad hoc projects as required by the Senior Finance Manager, UK
