An exciting opportunity has arisen for a flexible and dynamic individual with great interpersonal skills, to join our team as a Booking Officer in the Contact Centre. We're looking for someone to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch.
The successful post holder will assist in delivering a smooth and efficient administrative service, contributing to patient care. Some of your time will be spent in the Contact Centre dealing with patients over the phone and online and and some will be spent supporting patients face to face, when they arrive for appointments within Main Outpatients.
