Provide financial support to accounts administrative staff and Facilities Managers within operations of Client portfolio.
Support the Finance Team with the supplier payment process. Liaise with Client Accounts Payable teams to ensure efficient payment of Client suppliers.
Management of Client Oracle Property Management tool with regard to data integrity, rental payments and reporting.
Assist with the preparation of accruals and prepayments for upload into Client accounts.
Assist with the preparation of Client GL reconciliations within the Client’s accounting platform.
Provision of support to Client Internal auditors across EMEA during regular audits.
Assist in the implementation, development and operation of accounting systems and tools.
Support portfolio Transition activities. Help manage financial elements of Transition projects.
Assist with the annual budget preparation processes.
Assist the preparation of regular and ad hoc client financial performance reports.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Client accounting and Corporate Real Estate representatives.
Be a team player and contribute to a constant improvement philosophy.
Preparation of month end journals, Trial Balances and ad hoc reports for JLL Corporate Finance.
Report on UK VAT Returns for Corporate Finance.
Assist with the reconciliation of Management Fees and Salary charges, Bank movements and Corporate and Client financial reporting.
Provide support in the production of sub-tenant rent and service charge invoices and regular reconciliations.
Provide back up cover to accounts staff in raising purchase orders in E1 and Client purchasing system.
Operate within the JLL Quality Management System and ensure financial compliance
