Plant Department: Finance Administrator.
MJ Church Ltd are looking for an Experienced Finance Administrator to join our team and maintain our Plant Department's day-to-day ledgers and records.
Based at our Head Office Nr Marshfield this is a full time permanent position.
THE ROLE
Provide and maintain accurate records within the Plant Department and ensure orders raised in line with accounts timescales.
Input timesheets promptly to enable sales invoices to be raised in a timely manner.
KEY TASKS
To accurately enter weekly timesheets and raise sales invoices
Raise sub contract orders
Check and approve supplier invoices
Investigate and resolve sales and purchase ledger queries.
To provide administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office
The Person
You will be part of a small, friendly team, make contact with our suppliers and customers so we therefore require someone who has:
Previous experience working in a Finance role (essential)
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within tight timescales & under own initiative
Attention to detail
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
20 days holiday + Bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
