Channel Account Manager covering Distribution, MSPs, MSSPs, VARS, OEM and local SIs combine alliance building experience, senior relationship building skills and a solutions-based, consultative partnering approach to expand the number of go-to-market channels for Blancco software solutions across all target industries.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Build a partner sourced pipeline and deliver against a given sales target set by the Global Channel Director and Head of UK Sales
  • Drive and influence Blancco solution changes that may be required to impact growth for partners
  • Identify and accelerate relationships in various applicable business lines from executive to executioner of the partner that results in expanding business into other partner divisions, either directly or via other complementary technologies
  • Manage partner business performance, map partner capabilities or priorities with Blancco’s goals and strategies, and drive quarterly business reviews with managed partners leadership.
  • Coordinate with partners to deliver effective and relevant product and sales training.
  • Work closely with our Global Director of Channel on their growth strategy in growing net new business
  • Serves as the senior relationship executive for strategic partners, managing and coordinating both partner and Blancco teams including Sales, Pre-sales, Technology, R&D and Professional Services to deliver Partner satisfaction and revenue growth.


Experience and skills:

Ideally you will come from a tech/software distribution background having managed multi-vendor portfolios and developed go to market strategies, and now looking to step into vendor space or from an existing OEM/vendor background managing Channel with leading systems integrators, MSP’s.


  • Substantial UK based experience in both direct and two-tier partner models, servicing both SME business to large enterprise and global scale projects.
  • Experience in creating and driving partner business growth, recruiting, developing, managing, and growing partnerships.
  • Substantial consultative partnering experience and executive relationships with an emphasis in technology, software consulting, decisioning and/or decision science arenas.
  • Experience creating commercial relationships and 3rd party alliances with partners
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and gain commitment to revenue generating targets and value propositions with “C-suite” executives
  • Proven success in identifying and enabling new business opportunities in a partner selling environment.
  • Ability to craft a comprehensive Partner business plan.
  • Expert understanding of market trends and specific needs/issues of target markets, coupled with the demonstrated capacity to establish linkages between these needs, Partner offerings and Blancco solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication, professional presentation and process/organisational skills, as well as strong creative orientation and the ability to collaboratively craft innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to deliver financial results and outstanding Partner satisfaction.


This position is UK home based but will require travel 30 - 50% of the time at the start of building partner relationships. This role will report to the Head of UK Sales.
