Salary range: 27,000 GBP + Commensurate to experience

Job descriptions
· Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
· Ensure that invoices are authorised for payment by relevant department managers
· Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
· Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to suppliers in a timely manner
· Ensure the accuracy of an organisation’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
· Prepare for payroll and VAT submission
· Preparation and posting of ledger journals
· Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
· Running daily reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounts receivable transactions
· Allocate payments accurately in a timely manner to strict deadlines.
· Posting of transactions to debtor accounts
· Credit control
· Monitor bank accounts
· Produce all the required monthly payment reports and documents
· Set up new supplier accounts and amend existing supplier details as necessary
· Perform administrative duties such as scanning and filing all payment documents
· Deal with all enquiries related to invoices/payments, answering telephone calls and emails and liaising with relevant departments as necessary to ensure enquires are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
· Negotiate and review contracts
· Handle other human resource and administration duties
· Any other duties as reasonably directed by Finance Manager and General Manager
Requirements/Skills
· Candidates must process at least a Diploma degree or equivalent (i.e. Having an accounting or economics background is advantageous)
· Candidates will preferably have 2 years working experience in the Airlines industry
· Advanced Excel skills
· Good written and communications skills in English (IELTS – 6.0 or above)
· Good attention to detail, ability to multi task, excellent IT skills
· Be available to travel within the UK and internationally when required
· Good interpersonal, public relation, teamwork, negotiation and communication skills
