Morrison Water Services are looking to employ Senior Field Technicians to support our Network Leakage contract field teams within South-West Water. The role will be principally responsible for developing new and upskilling existing field technicians and engineers within a specific area. The requirement will be to engage face-to-face with all area team members to help ensure their health, safety and well-being, technical competence, and high performance.
Reporting to the Regional Engineer, you will have the required technical skills, utilising tried and tested methodologies and equipment. While keeping up to date with new innovations and technologies.
As the Senior Field Technician, you will lead a leak detection team in an area. With a proven track record in leakage and a commitment to engage, motivate, coach and mentor field staff of various levels, skills, and experience.
You will be required to carry out site audits and vehicle inspections. Upholding the reputation of both Morrison Water Services and our client and ensure your team follows all health and safety procedures and processes. Maintain compliance with the new roads and street work act (NRSWA) code of practice
