We are an innovative, international parking solutions provider who are continually growing and are looking for field Based Service Engineers to support our ever-growing portfolio.

IPS are looking to expand our current mobile engineering team and are recruiting in various locations across the U.K. This role require someone who is in Northern Scotland.
About the role:
To provide comprehensive field-based electronic and electro-mechanical engineering support to customers in the UK using company products.
Main Duties
- Provide mobile engineering support to the company installations in the field.
- React to faults and incidents relating to products throughout the region.
- Carry out commissioning of products and first-line training to customers
- Complete necessary paperwork/IT systems use for adherence to customer support SLAs.
- Effective technical communication to support staff · Customer facing technical advice, support, and liaison
- To work closely with the Technical Support Manager to deliver a best-in-class level of support.
Person Specification
- Electrical & Mechanical Engineering experience within a field-based role
- Full UK driver’s licence
- Conscientious and trustworthy in dealing with revenue-generating products
- A drive and passion for continuous improvement of company products
- A real team player, with pride in their work and a desire for success.
- Flexible can-do attitude
- Able to manage short-, medium- and long-term goals
- Able to appreciate and adjust to other cultures and business styles
- PC Literate
- Able to work under pressure
- Prepared to visit UK Head Office based in Doncaster as required for meetings/training when required
