FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (DOMESTIC APPLIANCES)

Pay: £19,500-£32,000
Full-time
We have over 30 years’ experience in the sale and repair of high-quality domestic appliances including gas and refrigeration products from leading brands including AEG, Beko, Neff, Zanussi, Smeg, Siemens and Bosch. Our engineers cover the whole of the Highlands, Skye, Strathspey and Moray.
Role:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Field Service Engineer to join our established local company. Excellent levels of customer service and good people are fundamental to our success.
- Receive technical support directly from industry leading manufacturers such as Bosch, Siemens, Electrolux, AEG and Smeg
- Responsible for maintaining and commissioning our customers products
- Receive full product training
Desirable:
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience as a technically focused Service Engineer or Technician
- Ideally based in Inverness or surrounding areas
- Demonstrate a background in an electrical or mechanical technical support role e.g. an experienced Maintenance Engineer seeking the opportunity to break into a field service environment or a Field Service Engineer wishing to progress into an alternative discipline
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude / enthusiastic and friendly individual
- Ability to deliver to a high level of customer care
- Computer literate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
