We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and help us reach our lofty goals! Not only will you join a fast-growing start-up, but you'll also be rewarded with a competitive salary of £70k OTE (£26-28k base + uncapped commission, paid monthly).
Reporting to the Co-Founders you will be responsible for selling Profyle Card, building automated workflows, leading demos, and closing deals across a variety of sectors.
You'll take on the challenge of driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Profyle Card across the globe. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, you will use your know-how to grow our customer base at scale. What will you be doing?
- As a Sales Executive at Profyle Card, you will be responsible for guiding new prospects along the full sales cycle from lead generation to closed deals.
- Creating lead generation campaigns and using lead generation/management tools to execute these at scale.
- Building relationships and selling Profyle Card to a multitude of different companies.
- Expanding sales and subscriptions to existing clients.
- Managing and reporting accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieving sales goals on a quarterly basis.
- Building a strong network of enterprise customers and opening doors to generate revenue across Profyle Cards’ products and services.
- Following up on potential customers who have signed up for our free trial or demo.
- Researching and evolving the sales process of the Profyle Card platform and website.
- Experimenting with a multitude of ideas and tools to improve conversion rates
- Reporting to and working closely with the company founders.
- Engaging and communicating with the team to improve customer journeys.
- Managing pipelines of deals from end to end.
Requirements
You need to be highly self-motivated, driven by uncapped commission and bring your experience with closing deals in a fast and growing environment. Ideally, you have the following:
- At least 1 - 2 years in an online sales role, preferably B2B software
- Proven track record of selling software / SaaS / web services into large Enterprise accounts
- An impressive track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
- Strong presentation, consultative and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level)
- Readiness to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and supporting the implementation
- Experience with Competence Sales and CRM tracking tools
- Ability to manage your own time, prioritise track KPIs and smash goals.
- Enjoy talking to and helping potential customers solve problems.
- Preparation and Attention to Detail
- Comfortable working in a technical environment and managing technical conversations with customers as well as understanding the experience from a potential customer's perspective.

- Experience from reputable start-up
- Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision-makers at many levels both internally and externally
- Highly curious and a quick learner who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment
- Experience selling to marketing directors.
- If you speak fluent/native any other foreign language is a plus especially French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish

About Profyle Card
Profyle Card was started in 2020 by co-founders Chris Tingley and Jonathan Murphy as a response to recent changes to business due to Covid-19 and with their personal goal of developing a product that would help replace and reduce wasteful single-use paper business/contact cards with a more reliable, reusable and environmentally friendly solution.
Bringing together their decades of knowledge of product design and development from client and consulting work with start-ups to international brands the two London-based experts in digital businesses, software and printing services have combined these attributes to create Profyle Card.
