Community Field Sales Representative (CFSR)

That’s why they have teamed up with the high-speed broadband specialists at 6G Internet who are in the unique position of being able to implement ground-breaking ultrafast broadband at a price point that’s accessible to all.
The Role
This is an unmissable opportunity for independent sales agents who want to help local communities get connected to a higher standard of broadband at a better price point. GR8 Wholesale Communications have teamed with 6G Internet Network to bring better broadband to communities in Greater Manchester, and they need YOUR help to spread the word.
Working as an independent community field sales representative (CFSR), you will be taking to the road and going door to door introducing households to the performance and cost-saving benefits of 6G Internet Network’s new Ultrafast AirFibre connections.
This is a self-employed position with an uncapped commission. CFSRs can expect realistic on-target earnings of between £40,000 and £50,000 per year with ample opportunity to exceed this figure. This is also weekly paid.
They can also expect all the training and support they need to approach cold prospects with confidence and answer any questions a prospective customer may have about the offering.

Responsibilities :
- Working to a plan of visiting residents at home in their local area
- Managing customer enquiries quickly and effectively
- Providing a consultative, solutions-based approach to customers built around their needs
- Ensuring compliance in all aspects of the role and company policies
- Being creative and proactive in developing new sales opportunities and driving brand awareness
- Identifying new business opportunities in their communities
- Tracking personal sales and reporting to the Field Sales Manager at the start and finish of every day
- Seeking to continually smash their sales revenue targets
Rewards
CFSRs can earn a realistic OTE of £40,000-£50,000 with no commission caps. Weekly paid.
CFSRs will be free to choose their own hours and routes as long as they can account for the number of homes visited, leads processed and orders placed each day

- A great communicator with excellent people and presentation skills
- Comfortable approaching cold prospects with a determination to convert
- Able to manage their own sales pipeline
- Happy to operate with total transparency, keeping the Field Sales Manager in the loop
