Current Territory: London and surrounding areas
This role is home based, but you will be expected to travel throughout the UK as required, to suit business needs (Regional / National meetings etc)
Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery of both the monthly and annual sales target and build our future revenue stream via our project pipeline, based on our amazing credentials, patented technology and after-sales care packages
- Maintain and grow new and existing business relationships
- Work towards your Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and demonstrate an understanding of how you will achieve these in your 1-1 reviews
- Plan efficiently and organise your time to ensure you achieve expected sales outcomes
- Work effectively and flexibly with all other team members to meet targets across the full portfolio of products and services
- Maintain customer account information by recording all activity, data, and issues on the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Work with internal teams to ensure all customer queries are resolved seamlessly by Zip
- Site visits and Prospecting
- Networking - To create or join an aligned manufacturers networking group to grow contacts within the local area.
- Demonstrate continued success & growth in developing relationships with internal and external customers.
- WIN new accounts/business from targeted prospects
- Serve as an escalation point of contact in the event of day-to-day account issues
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Build a running pipeline, driving revenue from prospective accounts.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle any complaints or objections
Advertised salary based on OTE.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will enjoy building strong working relationships. You will be driven to achieve results and deliver high standards. You will be computer literate, ideally with previous CRM experience tracking pipeline projects, as well as having a hard-working, proactive approach to work.
You will have the ability to plan and organise your day, maximising opportunities to meet clients and have a strong desire to exceed targets. You will have a “hunter” sales mentality: highly assertive, confident, and high sense of urgency and will have excellent problem-solving skills, in order to bring about win-win solutions.
