Job description

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic individual who has an extensive background and knowledge in customer service to provide a 5-Star experience, whilst maintaining a subtle, yet visible, security presence within a newly refurbished building in Mayfair, London. This role requires an individual with an intuitive understanding of top-tier occupier and visitor experience, an exemplary attitude, the ability to anticipate needs, and a personal drive to deliver an outstanding experience during every interaction. You should strive to exceed client expectations with a sophisticated, considerate, friendly and welcoming approach. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 07:00hrs – 19.00hrs. We offer a competitive rate of pay and you will be entitled to 28 days of holiday per annum including bank holidays. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver a 5–star guest experience at all timesProvide a professional first impression and deliver beyond client/visitor expectationsProactively ensure all visitors are welcomed into the building and experience the full customer journeyReception duties and Lobby Management of visitorsBe seen as a visible customer-focused professional by being proactive and ensuring every person walking through the reception doors is not only greeted but welcomed in Anticipate client and visitor requirements when entering the lobbyEnsure a high level of engagement at all times with visitors and guests and assist where required with any questions or providing relevant informationActively engage with the Sesame AppVisitor/contractor managementLift management and ensure that all deliveries and couriers are redirected to the Loading bay and are not arriving at the ReceptionAssist the SCC in completing incident reports to a high standard and ensure these are submitted within 2 hoursOversee and manage any emergency evacuations as requiredWork alongside other service providers to achieve shared client goals through a ‘one-team approach’.Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy providing a safe environment for all Maintain a high-security awareness at all timesComplete a full detailed handover at the end of each shift PERSON SPECIFICATION Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self–motivated team playerHolds a true passion for high standards and exceeding expectations in customer service deliveryReliable and willing to work weekends and any overtime if requiredAbility to provide an intuitive, 5-star, sophisticated guest experienceA keen interest and high level of IT/computer skills would be an advantagePrevious experience in hospitality or a customer service-facing roleExemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levelsImmaculate presentationExcellent telephone etiquetteAbility to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as requiredLook for opportunities to enhance client/visitor experienceClear, concise, and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detailConfidence and common sense to access and utilise expert resources when making decisionsMaintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all timesComputer literate with good email etiquette.
