As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for:
Understanding Pipeline products, services, rig activities and processes- Guiding and coaching Field Operators
- Preparing pre and post job checks, load-out, rigging up and rigging down and field maintenance of equipment
- Assembling pipes, hoses and pumping equipment using hand tools
- Operating company equipment in a safe manner, observing company and government regulations
- Maintaining good customer relations and proper communication with coworkers and supervisors
- Maintaining regulatory documentation as required
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Be enthusaistic and willing to learn and work with new equipment within mechanics and engineering- Be enthusiastic and willing to travel regularly to various sites (this is likely 70% of your time taken)
- Have a manufacturing or engineering certificate (this is not essential, as it is advantageous); a personal interest and enthusiasm to learn will substitute any formal qualification
- Have good communication skills both written and verbally
