Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 10 years of experience in B2B field marketing and 7 years of experience in IT security within UK and Ireland/EMEA.
- Experience planning, executing, and measuring multiple marketing programs and managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and projects.
- Experience in enterprise account-based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with direct and indirect channels within UKI, Benelux, Nordics, and Israel, and owning the marketing relationship as well as working relationships with regional security bodies.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar), marketing automation tools, and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to work in a sales-centered culture as a member of multiple teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic communication skills in both business and technical situations.

Responsibilities
- Develop the security marketing strategy and programs for the region, working closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Strategize, execute, rollout, and optimize new customer programs aligned to solutions, including events, outbound campaigns, and account-based marketing programs.
- Grow awareness, familiarity, brand recognition, and demand for Google Cloud Security solutions, products, and services.
- Work closely with Sales teams to drive business growth opportunities in enterprise accounts.
