Are you looking to develop in a dynamic 'front of house' role? As a Centre Administrator in the Health Academy Education Centres Team, you will provide a professional and courteous reception and administrative service. If you are positive and enthusiastic you will have the ability to respond to the needs of our centre users promptly and efficiently whilst, delivering high quality customer care at all times.
- Provide a professional and courteous “front of house” reception service for all staff and visitors utilising the Education Centres.
- You will be a positive, enthusiastic and responsive member of the Health Academy Education Centres Team.
- Key to this role will be an ability to respond to the needs of centre users promptly and efficiently and deliver high quality customer care at all times.
- The wide variety of activities being undertaken as part of this role mean that responsibilities are shared across the team and a strong emphasis is placed on team work across the service.
- You will be trained to be a key user of the electronic room booking system, set up and trouble shoot basic Audio-visual equipment, set up rooms as well as providing a front of house reception service.
- There will be a requirement on occasion to work across all The Health Academy Education Centres (Preston and Chorley). There may also be a requirement for infrequent evening and weekend work.

- Perform an ambassadorial role, representing the Education Centres 'front of house' service.
- Provide first line response to Health Academy telephone and email queries.
- Key use of room booking system, with responsibility for processing room bookings and change requests.
- Support with planning, booking and co-ordination of events and conferencing.
- Assist in timetabling process.
- Maintain fit mask spreadsheet.
- Particpate and contribute to service developments.
- Centre maintenance security and support logging faults as appropriate.
