What will be your role?
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and sales goals
Support sales to build their pipeline through campaigns & local events
Bring fresh, new, innovative campaign ideas to enchant our customers and prospects
Develop and deploy campaigns across Europe including laser-focused ABM or a broader brush approach depending on the need
Work closely with the sales team using all channels available to generate both net new business and account development leads
Activate any weapon from your arsenal of experience in campaign development, digital expertise, or event management to deliver fully integrated campaigns that drive demand
Ensure all of your events and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget and measure and report on their effectiveness
Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results
What do you need to join us?
At least 2 years of experience in independent field marketing or campaign management role
A proven track record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing
Strong B2B SaaS marketing experience and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
Passion for supporting the commercial team in generating net new business and upsell opportunities
A strong appreciation of the customer journey and how marketing can drive a positive impact on the customer intent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and social media management tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
Self-motivated and results-driven personality, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Flexibility to travel within assigned Europe, as required
