Job description

As a Project Manager, you will work alongside our operations and HR team to assist with the general day-to-day running of the festival team. You will be assigned various festivals/gigs to focus on throughout the season. The work in the build-up to the event will be focused on recruiting and selecting the best teams available, liaising with the client to gather all the information required, and then being on-site at the event to ensure full attendance and to be on hand if any issues were to arise during the running of the event.

Whilst on-site you’ll have a support network in the office to aid you in any way needed. The role on-site can vary from being on-hand to support the client with minor staff issues to actually working alongside the staff, building up an idea of who is who in our team and their various qualities.

Marketing
  • Advertise roles both internally and externally to find the best staff available for each role.
  • Internal Marketing: Using our in-house app and Social Media to drive demand for roles.
  • External Marketing: Using Social Media, job adverts, and email marketing to aid recruitment for the roles.

Administration
  • Filing employee documentation.
  • Onboarding & Right to Work checks with new employees.
  • Sending full information packs to staff pre-event.
  • Compiling reports post-event, collating timesheets and recording performance.

You will be a hard-working, customer-focused individual who will enjoy working in a busy but fun team.

Please note that this is a fixed term role through to 30/09/23.
