The opportunity
You're going to work alongside a team consisting of architects, designers, and web developers. Your role will be to support our finance department and studio. This will mean on a day to day basis you will be:
- Processing and managing invoices and expenditure
- Liaises professionally with clients and suppliers on all financial matters - obtaining Purchase Order numbers, sending invoices, sending customer statements and requesting payment
- Preparation of purchase orders, invoices and supplier payments
- Assist management by providing an understanding of the commercial performance of projects
- Administrative responsibilities including booking travel, ordering of studio supplies and arranging studio maintenance
- Responsible for monitoring studio spend and suggesting efficiencies to reduce costs
- Supporting the management team to keep HR data and documents up to date and filed accordingly
- Management of shared employee calendars
- Supports organising staff social events and contributing to the general cohesion and wellbeing in the workplace
- Plays a key role in representing the ‘front of house’ for the company - meeting visitors and clients who are attending meetings at the studio
We are open to the role being filled on a full time or part time basis, minimum 3 days a week.
Our team primarily works in the studio 5 days a week because it is a collaborative and creative environment. We are happy to offer this role on a hybrid working pattern if required.
Our expectation would be:
- 5 days a week = 3 days in the studio, 2 days at home
- 4 days a week = 3 days in the studio, 1 days at home
- 3 days a week = 3 days in the studio, open to flexible hours
Required skills
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office and Google Suite)
- Experience in an administration role
- Client and customer management
Complementary skills - training can also be provided
- Financial processing
- Experience in Sage / Xero
- Working in a creative environment
- Experience within a HR role
In return
- Salary £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata
- 93 is an Employee Owned company (EOT), meaning you'll automatically be part of the employee ownership trust
