Knowledge and Qualifications
Essential criteria
- 5 GSCE passes at A-C grade including Maths and English
- Foundation degree (in a science subject)
- Knowledge of Health & safety
- Knowledge of Equal Opportunities & Data Protection / Confidentiality
Desirable criteria
- Familiarity with medical terms.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, Good Laboratory Practise and Research Governance
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working in a laboratory setting
Desirable criteria
- Data inputting in lab computer Systems
Communication
Essential criteria
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Skills and Abilities

- Ability to be methodical, organised and self- motivated
