This post is a career progression opportunity to enable an individual to develop their financial skills and knowledge. Depending upon experience and prior qualifications at appointment it is possible for the successful applicant to enter the role at level 2.
You must have experience of working in a financial environment and the ability to work accurately with figures and be able to produce accurate and concise working papers.
The successful applicant must have good inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate assertively with all levels of employee across the organisation. Working to deadlines is also important, along with the ability to challenge, investigate and test risks within the organisation.
For level 1 the applicant will be part AAT qualified, have experience of computerised accounting/other financial systems and a minimum of 2 years working in a financial environment.
For level 2 the applicant will be fully AAT qualified, have experience of computerised accounting/other financial systems and a minimum of 5 years working in a financial environment.
