One of the 31 College of Cambridge University, Churchill College is a forward-looking and inclusive institution with a mission to advance knowledge, especially in science and technology. The College has a large Fellowship of around 250 Fellows and By-Fellows.
Working within a supportive team, this role will provide challenge and variety. In this key administrative post you will be responsible for the co-ordination of all administration relating to the College’s Fellows, including employment matters for those employed by the College. You will act as a key point of contact for the Fellowship, paying particular attention to the needs of new Fellows, with involvement in recruitment and induction. You’ll also coordinate a prestigious intercollegiate competition for early career researchers.
Excellent organisational skills and unwavering attention to detail are essential to this post, as are first-class verbal and written communication skills. You must have a flexible approach and be able to act on your own initiative to prioritise conflicting demands.
This role is full time, with the opportunity for regular remote working.
