We are looking for a reliable Office Administrators.
The Office Administrators will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
- Supervise administrative tasks and manage responsibilities to ensure timely performance;
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and basic registration/bookkeeping/data entry procedures;
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data;
- Track stocks of office supplies and upon approval from management place orders when necessary;
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
Main Skills:
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Basic invoicing or bookkeeping experience
- Previous Office Admin experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Previous database management / data entry experience
The successful candidate will be required to work a min of 40 hours per week, and be available to start immediately.
