Moody's Analytics' Data Solutions Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) research department is looking for an intern for a 10 week assignment.
The main responsibilities of this internship/project will be:
Full in-house training will be provided. This will be in office training.
The main responsibilities of this internship/project will be:
- Processing advisor information submitted by law, financial advisory and accountancy firms that worked on M&A transactions.
- Amending and updating company record information.
- Creating and reporting weekly backlog and maintaining backlog documents.
- Processing daily or weekly projects by following team’s research processes.
- Maintain productivity standards by efficient individual timekeeping.
Full in-house training will be provided. This will be in office training.
- Business proficiency in English. Any additional languages are an advantage
- Good organization, attention to detail, problem solving and verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel highly desirable
